1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Murscei, we support a range of secure checkout options so you can pay however works best for you. We currently accept:

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Bank Transfers (bulk orders only — reach out to us for details)

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Payment Processing

  • Payment is required in full at the time you place your order.
  • We won't begin processing or shipping an order until payment clears.
  • If a payment fails or gets declined, the order won't be confirmed.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Every price shown on murscei.com is listed in USD.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated and shown to you at checkout.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • Murscei relies on SSL encryption and trusted third-party payment gateways to keep your personal and payment details safe.
  • We never store your full card number or payment credentials, and we don't have access to them.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds follow the terms set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
  • We investigate and dispute any chargeback that appears unauthorized or fraudulent.
