Refund policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026. We want you to be happy with your purchase from Murscei. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them (intimate or personal-care items can't be returned unless defective, for hygiene reasons). To start a return, email shopmurscei@gmail.com with your order number and reason — please don't send items back before we respond with instructions. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
